Great feeling
Whenever I watch the formula one or GP2 series etc., the most striking part is the presentation ceremony where the national anthem is played for the winners- In most cases you heard the German anthem ( Schumacher ) and the Italian one ( Ferrari ) and so on.. It is rare to see the Indian national anthem being played and heard. It did happen last week end at the China Circuit on the A1 racing .. Narain Karthikeyan did India proud by winning the A1 racing at China-- A1 is a Country team based competition that does its bit of the travel through the world.. Now that Narain does not drive for any Formula one team competitively , he is driving for Team India in these races. Narain raced skilfully and held off the challenge from Jony Reid (last years tour winner from NZ ) -- it was a great sight to see Narain on the podium and hear the Indian National Anthem
