It looks like Chelsea is getting its act right - After the past four seasons where they did not win any title and then went about sacking their managers, ( except for Hiddink who was clear that he will leave at the end of the last season on his own ) , they brought in Carlo Ancelotti as their Manager from AC Milan this season and this seems to be working for the team.
The team did something very demanding and worthy that Champion sides often do- two weeks back , they met the title defenders ManU and won 1-0 . Winning a home match is expected -- However ,this week end , Chelsea travelled to the Emirates Stadium ( Home to Arsenal ) and what they did in this away match showed great signs of them becoming the Champion side for this year - they thrashed Arsenal 3-0 --Arsenal may have their complaints on missed penalty opportunities for them but the score line at the end of the match is what matters - Chelsea got that one perfectly right -
Chelsea lead ManU on top of the table by 5 points after 14 out of the total 38 games that need to be played have been completed. They need to be consistent throughout the year and that would be the challenge that Chelsea will have to live up to and also ManU is a team that cannot be dismissed of so easily with their strategic manager Sir Alex Ferguson always having a extra trick up his sleeve all the time -- Interesting viewing ahead for the rest of the season
